Scenes from the Vigil for Robert Poag 

As the sun set last evening, a group of about 60 people gathered for a vigil in Whitcomb Court public housing to honor the life of Robert L. Poag.

The 29-year-old was murdered in the 2100 block of Deforrest Street on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 10:16 p.m.

Police have arrested and charged Dominique J.Hicks of Richmond for the crime.
