Last Thursday evening in the bitter cold, a group of 75 people gathered at 3600 North Avenue to honor Robert Lee Fox, 16, who was shot in the early morning hours of Feb. 25 on the 3600 block of McRand Street in South Richmond. He died later that day. Among the friends and family members attending the vigil were his sisters Keshaundra Mosbly and Robernette Williams and his nephew Keshaun Anderson, 7.
