RVA on Ice

Downtown Richmond is now open for skating in the holidays at RVA on Ice. At Broad and Sixth Streets, the seasonal ice-skating rink is open seven days a week for leisurely gliding and ankle twisting. This year features theme nights and Friday night entertainment to add to the merriment. School Spirit Night with Entropy and guest Young Prince Charles will entertaining the slip-sliding crowd this Friday, Dec. 5, from 7-11 p.m. General admission and adult skate rentals are $5 apiece making this one of the best cheap-date options in the city for the holidays. For information on all the festivities during RVA on Ice, call 592-3400 or visit rvaonice.net. Through Jan. 4.
