There are plenty of hardworking thieves in Richmond who take things such valuables as iPads and mopeds. And there are those who commit the lamest larcenies, like these, as reported in the Richmond Police Department's daily crime report blog:

An unknown female entered a truck cab and stole apple juice.

An unknown person(s) broke into the residence and stole fruit snacks and fruit gushers.

Jan. 30-31
3600 block of Noble Avenue
An unknown person(s) entered the vehicle and stole a hammer.

Jan.16-Feb. 11
4300 block of Newport Drive
An unknown person(s) broke into the residence and stole a VCR.

Feb. 5-6
200 block of South Pine Street
An unknown person(s) broke into C&D Catering and stole deli products.
