Remember the Hurricanes

Regarding "The Score" (Street Talk, Oct. 3), it was remarked that "There ain't any pro sports in Raleigh, either."

There is a pro sports team in Raleigh: The Carolina Hurricanes of the National Hockey League. They even won the Stanley Cup in the 2005-2006 season.

I know, I know, no one watches hockey, but be prepared for the North Cackalacka hate mail.
