Studio Two Three presents its fourth annual mix-tape show, “Remastered,” featuring printed works inspired by music. As with previous years, contributing artists focus their work by making play lists for their mix tapes, 12-inch-by-12-inch prints featuring various hand-printing processes. This group showcase began in 2009 as a way to bridge the interests of music and art. Since that show, the mix-tape exhibit guidelines and resulting works have gone through many changes and formats. But the underlying theme has remained the same: artists’ exploration of their personal relationship with music and art. “Mixtape 4: Remastered” opens at Studio Two Three with an opening reception on Friday, Dec. 7, and runs through Dec. 21. studiotwothree.com.
