New Jersey indie-rock band Real Estate features members from Titus Andronicus, Predator Vision and Ducktail, touting a brand of lo-fi indie pop that’s won the hearts of fans across the country. The band’s 2009 self-titled debut earned it critical acclaim, including best new music from Pitchfork, leading the way to touring with acts such as Girls, Kurt Vile, Woods and Deerhunter as well as performing at the Pitchfork Music Festival and the Primavera Sound Festival. In 2011 Real Estate released its second record, “Days,” to even greater acclaim, and watched it make many best of the year lists. Real Estate performs at Strange Matter on Thursday, April 5, at 9 p.m. $12-$15. 447-4763.
