For one day, on Saturday, May 3, Richmond’s canal walk from Brown’s Island to 14th Street will be transformed into Mexico City’s world-famous and explosively colorful floating gardens of Xochimilco. Why not? It’s ¿Qué Pasa?, Virginia’s annual Cinco de Mayo Festival.
