On November, 28th Style Weekly hosted 'Living Green', a day of education and honors at the Science Museum of Virginia..The day began with James River Green Building Council's third annual Green Building Leadership awards luncheon and was followed by a trade show and exhibition featuring builders, plumbers, architects and recycling companies. Our reader-nominated Green Heroes (Karl Bren, Executive Director of EarthCraft, Ralph White, Manager of the James River Park System, Virginia Walters, Executive Director of the Back Porch Energy Initiative, Lisa Taranto, founder of Tricycle Gardens and Chris Parkhurst, founder of Computer Recycling of Virginia) were honored at a reception.
