Over the Edge 2009

On Oct. 9 and 10, 2009, roughly 50 people descended the SunTrust Plaza skyscraper as a prize for raising more than $1,500 a piece for Special Olympics Virginia. The event was the "River City Rappel," and Style Weekly's own Tonie Stevens was among those to rappel.
