If it's true that to truly understand and play the blues you have to have endured some personal misery or woe, the Canal Club looks to successfully gather the saddest group of individuals in the general Commonwealth for its Out O' the Blue Stage Revue. An all-day music event raising money to benefit the Positive Vibe CafAc, the Central Virginia Food Bank and the Eric E. Stanley Foundation and Page Wilson, the show's lineup includes such artists as Little Ronnie and the Grand Dukes, Bruce Olson and the Offenders, the Kip Williams Quartet and the Susan Greenbaum Band. The show is Sunday, Feb. 15, at 2:30 p.m. with donations accepted at the door. 643-2582. — Mike Hilleary
