Noise Ordinance IV: A New Hope 

New guidelines for a city noise ordinance have surfaced.

Just when you thought it was safe to return to your late night jam sessions, the city is back on the trail. Three weeks after a Richmond judge declared the previous noise ordinance unconstitutional, the city has released new guidelines for consideration in any further lawmaking.
