Combining guitars, strings, lap steel and other lovely sounding instruments, Nick Coward and the Last Battle have created a catalog full of luscious melodies and dreamlike pop. After 2010’s popular “Kings” EP, fans waited for what felt like an eternity for more music from Coward and company. Fans can finally celebrate when the group releases its first full-length album, “Thieves,” with a party at the Camel. The show also will welcome new members Troy Gatrell and Macy West, as well as say goodbye to longtime member Constance Sisk. Sharing the stage will be local acts Way, Shape or Form and the Snowy Owls. Nick Coward and the Last Battle perform at the Camel on Friday, March 15, at 9 p.m. $5. thecamel.org.
