New Year, New City 

Using one-syllable words, write Richmond's resolution.

Start by thinking of the city as though it were a person. Now come up with a resolution it might make for next year. Write the resolution in 25 words or fewer. And one more thing: You may use only one-syllable words.

Here's an example:

This year … "I will bolt down the high-cost flags that I hang from poles on the Lee Bridge to keep them from the wind's grasp."
