Nashville songbird Natalie Prass has a voice that sounds like honeysuckle, and her friendly demeanor only enhances the music. She’s been compared to similar female artists such as Rilo Kiley, Feist and Karen Carpenter, but her sound is all her own. And even though her debut EP is titled “Small & Sweet,” Prass’ indie-folk style won’t stay small for long. Natalie Prass performs at Balliceaux on Wednesday, Aug. 17, at 10 p.m. Free. 355-3008.
