Acacia:  Fall in love over chef Dale Reitzer's a la carte menu all week, or a by-reservation, four-course prix fixe dinner on Valentine's for $49 per person. Avenue 805 celebrates Valentine's all week with selections from a three-course menu for $45 per couple, plus tax and tip. 805 N. Davis Ave. 353-2505. www.avenue805.net

CafAc Rustica gets all aphrodisiacal with a menu of come ons — chocolate and red wine, of course, but also honey, lavender, pomegranate, oysters, and more flavors of love. Sunday suppah by reservation only; four courses for $30 per person, with wine specials. 414 E. Main St. 225-8811.

Chez Foushee announces a pre-Valentine's menu Feb. 13, three courses including appetizers, beef or seafood and duo dessert, with seatings at 6 or 8 p.m. Another suave option is the midnight menu of specialty cocktails, appetizers and desserts. Dd33 has two choices at its chic fusion bistro, a three-course dinner with choice of soup or salad, entrAce and dessert for $38 per person; or a four-course dinner that also includes an appetizer for $48 per person. See details and reserve via their website at www.dd33va.com.

Historic Tanglewood Ordinary Restaurant serves a family-style Valentine's dinner with music from Albafeire on Feb. 13, and menu additions of pot roast and meatloaf on Friday and Saturday nights. 2210 River Road West, Maidens. 556-3284. www.ordinary.com

Metro Grill:  Special Valentine's weekend seatings for a five-course, prix fixe menu -- two soups, shared salad, shared appetizer, choice of two entrees from a menu of six, shared dessert. $95 per couple, or $115 with a bottle of sparkling wine.
