We know what you're thinking, and yes, you've seen this listing before. In fact you might have even seen it more than once, but after several failed attempts of breeching Richmond's city limits, it looks as though Mos Def is finally, seriously, for real this time, ready to make his much delayed appearance at Toad's Place. We pinky swear he'll be there this time. Just, uh, make sure you have a backup plan. The famed rapper and actor may perhaps come to Richmond Saturday, Nov. 22, at 8 p.m. $28. 648-TOAD. — Mike Hilleary
