Letter: To the Reader

In more than 30 years of publishing in Richmond, Style Weekly has had the opportunity to set up shop across town — from the Fan to Scott’s Addition to downtown. And that’s not to mention founder Lorna Wyckoff’s kitchen table back in 1982.

Now we’re leaving our home at 1313 E. Main St. for somewhere new — just across the Mayo Bridge in Manchester.

Starting next week you can find our temporary offices at 220 Hull St., adjacent to Papa’s Pizza. We’ll be gaining a few pounds and settling in while our new headquarters near Plant Zero are being renovated. Our telephone numbers will remain the same.

It’s been a little more than 100 years since Manchester merged with Richmond. We look forward to our new neighborhood, a place full of character and history that is seeing a residential and commercial transformation.
