Lawyer Fees Nearly 900K

The Virginia Supreme Court soon will hear Mayor L. Douglas Wilder's attorneys' attempts to refloat seemingly waterlogged arguments in two cases he previously lost in front of Richmond Circuit Court Judge Margaret Spencer.
