Laquisha Davis, 11

Chimborazo Elementary

Laquisha tutors other children in her school and mentors her two younger sisters. "She's incredibly responsible. She's a terrific role model for her sisters," says Jeanne Boisineau, LaQuisha's former neighbor. "She has so many strengths. Her biggest strength is her creativity. ... She's a delight. You know that this is a child who can truly be president some day and who will have a great time doing it."
