The brothers Hanson MMMbopped their way into the spotlight in 1997, back when they had flowing blonde locks and adolescent vocal cords. Ten years later, Isaac, Taylor and Zac have shorter hair and, on occasion, varying degrees of goatee. The boys are all grown up and touring to promote "The Walk," their fourth studio album, on their own indie label, 3CG Records. Two tracks on the album feature the voices of a choir of orphans the band visited on trips to Mozambique and South Africa (beat that, Bono), but chances are you won't hear any of that here in Richmond. Hanson performs at Toad's Place Wednesday, Oct. 10, at 8 p.m. Tickets are $27.50-$30. Call 648-TOAD or visit www.toadsplacerva.com. S
