JP Soars and the Red Hots at Capital Ale House

International Blues Challenge winner JP Soars and the Red Hots head to Richmond for a toe-tapping, body-shaking night of electric blues. In support of the group’s latest album, “More Bees with Honey,” Soars mixes traditional blues with constantly changing guitar riffs to create a style that’s snagged the attention of roots-music fans from all over the country. JP Soars and the Red Hots perform at Capital Ale House on Wednesday, Aug. 24, at 5 p.m. Free. 780-2537.
