Former City Councilman Sa'ad El-Amin continues his push to find the slave burial ground in Shockoe Bottom.

Photographer's note: I placed Sa'ad at the entrance to this underpass to avoid harsh sunlight and used the darkness surrounding him to create a dramatic setting. His expression of defiance matches the location where the sign announces Old Negro Burial Ground.
