"Idiot" Lawsuit Against City Director Dropped 

Roy Eidem withdraws $1.2 million lawsuit against the city's planning director, Rachel Flynn.

Roy Eidem's $1.2 million lawsuit against his former boss, Richmond Planning Director Rachel Flynn, has been dropped. 

According to a court order entered June 4, Eidem, the former director of operations for code-enforcement who accused Flynn of calling him an “idiot” in front of co-workers, decided to withdraw the lawsuit, originally filed May 13.
