Home Front: Glam Gifts at Stony Point

When Jennifer Taylor, a graphic design artist born in Munich, moved to Richmond from D.C. two years ago, she brought with her a love for color and an eye for the unusual. Leopard Park, a new décor and gift shop at Stony Point Shopping Center, is 3,300 square feet of shopping fun. Expect to find home goodies and flair, such as costume jewelry, hair accessories, candles, lotions, perfumes, accent furniture, cocktail tables and mirrors. Homeowners can enjoy funky finds such as dog statues, unusual lamps, artwork and custom-made silk-flower arrangements. Hours are Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. There's a grand opening Nov. 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. with giveaways and refreshments. Five percent of all sales through Dec. 15 will be donated to the Prevent Cancer Foundation. Call 330-3833 for details.
