Hands Across Richmond?

Enjoyed the latest Style Weekly. But if this is the "Best of Richmond" issue ... why does the cover show only what appear to be white hands reaching for the trophy? Couldn't you have chosen a variety of hand models to better represent the Richmond population? I think this rates a -9 on the Score.
