Governor "Does Not Direct Security Policy" 

Gov. Bob McDonnell spokesman responds to Saturday's women's-rights demonstration at State Capitol.

In an interview earlier this evening on Richmond's CBS-6, a spokesman for Gov. Bob McDonnell responds to criticism that an excessive show of force was displayed at Saturday's women's-rights demonstration at the State Capitol.

The governor tells anchor Sam Brock that the governor was at the CAA basketball tournament and "does not direct security policy," dismissing any potential influence or leadership McDonnell may have had in Saturday's events. To watch the full interview click below.
