If you didn't make the two incarnations of Woodstock, at Friday Cheers you can get a good idea what the first few hours of those days-long concerts were like. There will be smoking, dancing, whirling, making out and some odd fellows actually listening to the music. The Easy Star All-Stars are tailor-made for this crowd, with dreamy reggae sounds and a repertoire that includes songs from their album of Pink Floyd covers, "Dub Side of the Moon," which has been on Billboard charts since its 2003 release. The band, with its rotating roster, will be joined by Trumystic at Brown's Island May 9 at 6:30 p.m. Free. 788-6466 or visit www.venturerichmond.com.
