The two not only got to play on their first release in three years, “The Comeback Album,” but also were able to enlist legendary steel guitarist Lloyd Green of the Byrds, Paul McCartney and Don Williams. Chock full of down-home, country singer and songwriter goodness, Brace and Cooper’s new album is the perfect complement for quality front-porch sitting. With its Everyman approach to the human condition, it’s easy to hear why the duo has shared international stages with the likes of John Prine, Nanci Griffith and Todd Snider.
