DrFameus, the electronic music moniker of Disco Biscuits drummer Allen Aucoin humanizes the cold, soulless precision of the post-house and techno-music era with flesh and bone. Working within the moment, his largely improvisational marriage of man and machine lives and breathes in a world sometimes rendered inert by the limitless possibilities of modern technology. He brings his breakbeat, drum ā€™nā€™ bass and dubstep-infused bounty of percussive stimulations to the Canal Club, 1545 E. Cary St., on Saturday. Opening the show are Richmond nu-house explorers Ghost Payne and the glitch hop of Agent. Doors open for the all-ages show at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10. thecanalclub.com.ā€” Chris Bopst
