Unless they have been through four years of medical school, several years of internships and fellowships, worked 72 hours without sleep and end up $60,000 in debt, I shall not call them "doctor" (Rosie Right, News & Features, Aug. 1). All they have done is write a bunch of papers that no one will ever read.
