Deke Dickerson and the Eccofonics at Gallery5

Rockabilly artist Deke Dickerson puts himself somewhere between Brian Setzer and the Rev. Horton Heat in the food chain of pompadours and '50s retro-rock. That's a comfortable zone, which allows him to do as many as 225 shows a year to groups of faithful fans. His concert is part of the musical and theatrical performances presented by WRIR (the little station that could) at Gallery5 on Wednesday, Sept. 10, at 7 p.m. $10. 644-0005. — Craig Belcher
