Don't let his diminutive stature or slightly nasal tone fool you; David Sedaris is a dangerous man. Whether he's working as an elf in Macy's Department store or trying to learn French, Sedaris is a master of self-deprecating, anecdotal humor. A rock star of the literary world with his collection of autobiographical essays including the bestselling “When You Are Engulfed in Flames” and “Me Talk Pretty One Day,” Sedaris has turned his keen eye and biting wit towards the animal kingdom with his newest book, “Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk: A Modern Bestiary.” On his latest book tour, Sedaris is scheduled to appear at the Landmark Theatre on Oct. 5 at 7:30 p.m. $36-$45.
