Although Edward T. White serves as a commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve ("Top 40 Under 40," Cover Story, Sept. 27), he has not deployed to Iraq as we reported. He served elsewhere overseas, as well as here at home.
We incorrectly reported that Richmond School Board representative Carol A.O. Wolf home-schools a son with a disability. Her son now attends Henderson Middle School ("Judging Autism," News & Features, Sept. 27).
Richmond should take the time to look a little deeper when borrowing from other cities. Claims made by proponents of new ballparks usually are overstated.
