Colors are on display at Thanky Space's "Technicomfort" art exhibit. Looking to mimic the sensations of seeing a bag of gummy bears, a brightly lighted Ferris wheel or a Lucky Charms rainbow, the first step into the gallery is ensured to envelop art enthusiasts with a splash of color from floor to ceiling. With spectrum-dyed fabric walls, saturated screen-print collages and paintings everywhere, make sure to pick up some Skittles. With complimentary cupcakes and a live show from New York-based band Japanther, the gallery will feature artwork from Andrew Jeffrey Wright, Dearraindrop, Megan Whitmarsh, Mumbleboy, Joseph Buzzell, Leif Goldberg, Jesse Spears, Molly O'Connell, APAK, Crystal Stokowski and Mudboy. The exhibit's opening reception is Friday, Nov. 7, from 6-9 p.m. 814-3585.
