Climb Against the Odds Benefit at Gallery5

The only thing better than going to a concert is going to a concert to benefit breasts. In an effort to help raise money for Richmonder Jess Barton and her Climb Against the Odds hiking expedition for the Breast Cancer Fund, Gallery5 hosts a special set of performances by local guitar-strummers and troubadours David Shultz and the Skyline, Liza Kate, Jonathan Vassar and the Speckled Bird, Zac Hryciak and Herschel Stratego. The show is Friday, March 13, at 7 p.m. $10 donations. 644-0005.— Mike Hilleary
