City Democrats Should Follow Rules

For the same reasons given by Paul Goldman that the Richmond City Democratic Committee should not endorse a candidate for mayor ("The Obama Effect," Back Page, April 2), neither should they endorse a candidate for School Board. Board member George Braxton appeared on their sample ballot in the last election. Such an endorsement is not only irregular, it is wrong and subverts our democratic process.
