Actor, writer and comedian Donald Glover is best known for his role on the NBC comedy “Community.” Onstage, however, he’s known as Childish Gambino, an artist who blends hip-hop with elements of multiple genres — his lyrics have been called nothing less than genius. After creating his name from a Wu-Tang Clan name generator, Childish Gambino released two mixtapes and his first full-length original material album, “Culdesac,” received critical and public acclaim. His latest album, “Camp,” was released in November and again is creating major buzz for the actor/musician. Find out what people are talking about when Childish Gambino performs at the National on Tuesday, March 20, at 8 p.m. $20-$25. 612-1900.

UPDATE: Due to a fractured foot suffered at his show in Tampa, the March 20 date has been rescheduled to July 29. All previously purchased tickets will be honored at the new date.
