After a brief hiatus, vaudeville and burlesque performer Buster Britches returns with his haunted, shocking and horrifying variety show, “The Monster Movie Double Feature 2: Return of the Creepshow.” It promises to take the audience on a wild ride through some of Hollywood’s most fantastical monsters and stories. The late-night picture show features some of Buster’s favorite creatures of the night, including Deanna Danger, Deepa De Jour, Lilly Von Grimm, Dev L. Ish, Miss Midnight, Ellie Quinn and Ophelia Ruin. The evening also marks the return of Franken-Kitten Scarlet Starlet as well as Jordan La Liaison, with her amazing visual feast of Hollywood horrors. Proceeds benefit the Virginia Independent Horror Film Festival, happening later this year. “The Monster Movie Double Feature 2: Return of the Creepshow” takes place at Gallery5 on Friday, May 10, at 9 p.m. $10-$15. redveinarmy.com.
