Vaudeville and burlesque performer Buster Britches is bringing his friends together for a dark carnival freak show of scary and sexy things. In 1811 the Richmond Theatre Fire left many dead, but not all of them stayed dead, the premise goes. Under the foundation of Monumental Church, the spirits of a traveling sideshow are said to be buried, but they’re getting ready for one final performance. This teasingly ghoulish show will include vaudeville and burlesque performances by Deanna Danger, Binky Daze, Mark Slomski and Bitsy Buttons of the Slomski Cabaret, Miss Midnight, Parker Galore, Mab Just Mab and Buster Britches himself. Expect a specter spectacular when Buster Britches’ Voodoo Sideshow haunts the Firehouse Theatre on Friday, March 16, at 8 p.m. $15. RedVeinArmy.com
