Built to Spill has apparently found that the best way to wind down from countless hours in a studio is to spend what little time you have left committed to relentless touring. So in between recording sessions for the follow-up to its 2006 album, “You In Reverse,” bushy-bearded front man Doug Martsch and company will bring their Pavement-style indie pop and instrumental jams to the National Monday, Sept. 22, at 8 p.m. $20-$25. 612-1900.
