Love me two times, babe! So why are Richmonders voting for it in both the large and small venue categories? Perhaps it’s because promoters bring in reliable tribute acts and other “small” groups between marquee names in order to keep the doors open. Nobody even cares if the members look like they work in the Home Depot corporate office.
