Wine on tap allows restaurants to sell more expensive wines for less by eliminating the costs associated with bottles, labels and waste. Café Caturra introduced the concept to town. Now you can find it all over: Toast at 7007 Three Chopt Road offers a changing array of two reds and two whites; Rappahannock at 320 E. Grace St. has Montelusa prosecco on tap; Fat Dragon at 1200 N. Boulevard scores big with a tap of Sex, a sparkling brut rose (from Michigan, no less) with a name guaranteed to pique interest and palates.
