Fighting a massive hangover at Bar Convent Berlin? Need a tried and true remedy from a seasoned veteran? Follow my three tiered approach and then watch as that lingering fogginess from the night before disappears.

1. Walk into the convention and find the nearest booth with no wait. Ask for a drink that contains some sort of juice, salt and preferably tequila. My pick was the BANCO bar where I had an expertly made Paloma by a guy named Mikko. The juice and salts restore your bodies Vitamin J and S levels. The tequila replenishes the tequila that the body stores in the brain, which is usually severely depleted at this point in the early afternoon.

2. Next go to the Brown Forman/ Jack Daniels bar. Have a shot of Jack and an El Jimador margarita. Again, DRINK A LOT OF TEQUILA EARLY AND OFTEN! I cannot stress this enough. I'm a doctor so trust me when I say that your body needs two things to function correctly; Tequila and oxygen.

3. Lastly, hit the broken down Fiat turned Starbucks in the courtyard for a quadruple espresso.

If all of this fails...drink more tequila. The previous night's level of drunkeness should not alude you for much longer.
