Buz Grossberg's letter is quite defensive in defending his Real Barbecue against criticism (“It Isn't Fast Food,” April 15). He should understand, however, what customers put up with. First they must struggle to find parking. Next, they must often bus their own tables, if one is to be found. Lastly, there are the lines: One to order and another to pick up meals. I much prefer to sit in comfort at Benny's, having to put up with none of the above while enjoying a better product. Max Young Richmond
