Grab the keys to the DeLorean and hit the gas. Back to the Hippodrome is a night of live entertainment with a time-travel costume contest, awarding prizes for the best attire from any era. Why not mix it up and go Paleolithic? The night also features live music from the No BS Brass Band (pictured), Black Girls, Tungs, DJ Ghozt and DJ Fili, as well as an LED light show by North Street Labs. The event takes place at the Hippodrome Theater on Sunday, Aug. 5, at 7 p.m. $5. hippodromerichmond.com.
