"Asunder," the first feature-film project of New Millennium studios in Petersburg premieres Friday in Richmond.

World Premiere

Richmonders will have a rare chance to catch a world premiere on Friday, April 6, when "Asunder" makes its debut at Regal's Virginia Center 20, 10091 JEB Stuart Parkway.

Starring Blair Underwood, Debbi Morgan and Michael Beach, and directed by Tim Reid, "Asunder" is the first feature-film project of New Millennium studios in Petersburg.

"Asunder" is the story of two married couples who are best friends, and whose lives are torn apart when one of the wives dies in a freak accident. Jealousy replaces mourning as the widowed husband blames his best friend for his loss.

The film will also be shown on Saturday, April 8, with an appearance by Reid at 6 p.m. to sign autographs and promote the show.
