Another Border Problem

Native Americans today live with the fact that Chief Powhatan and the other tribes failed to control their borders against unwanted immigration ("Our Complex Anniversary," Back Page, Aug. 8). President Bush should take notice 400 years later now that our borders are under constant attack.
