Like many under-the-radar musical artists, Andrew Lipke will spend next week in Austin, Texas, for the South by Southwest festival, vying for the attention of countless concertgoers. After listening to his sophomore effort, “Motherpearl & Dynamite,” we hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
