Anderson Cooper has made his career as a journalist on his willingness to be in the middle of some truly unfortunate situations. From his freelance days covering war-torn regions of Somalia, Bosnia and Rwanda, to his impassioned coverage of the natural disasters of Hurricane Katrina and Haiti, and most recently his return from the crisis in Egypt, Cooper has become of the most recognizable faces in television news that isn't associated with the extremes of left-right punditry. As a contributor to CBS's “60 Minutes” and host of CNN's “Anderson Cooper 360Aø,” the Emmy Award winner is scheduled to address the Richmond Forum at the Landmark Theater on Saturday, Feb. 19, and Sunday, Feb. 20, sure to speak on his most recent personal experiences and violent close calls covering Egypt's ongoing protests and civil unrest.
